Mr. Guan-Golan is a founding member of LifeMap Sciences and served in various senior management roles for the company prior to becoming the CEO in May 2016. Yaron was a member of the founding team of Xennex, Inc., which was acquired by LifeMap Sciences in 2012. Prior to that, he was CEO and senior executive at three start-up companies in Hong Kong, Israel and Boston, after completing his 5-year service in the Israeli Defense Forces.
Yaron is an experienced and dedicated project manager, system architect and team leader. He has more than 15 years of senior and executive project management experience and 20 years of software development experience in: bioinformatics, internet transactions and marketing, mobile development and customer management.
Yaron holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelors of Sciences from the Open University of Israel.
Mr. Mazor is a member of the founding team of LifeMap Sciences. He brings more than 15 years of software development and management experience and broad experience leading product development in various technology companies, including Valor Computerized Systems, Ltd. and several startups.
Yaron holds an MBA and a Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences and Economics, both from Tel-Aviv University.
David Warshawsky, Ph.D., is a founder of LifeMap Sciences, and served as CEO from early 2011 through April 2016. In 2003 David founded Xennex, Inc., which was acquired by LifeMap Sciences in 2012. He was also a founder of LifeMap Sciences’ subsidiary, LifeMap Solutions, Inc., founded in 2014. David was founder and CEO of Avraham Pharmaceuticals, Ltd., VP, Business Development at Paramount Biosciences, and Director of Business Development World Wide at Compugen Inc. He brings more than 20 years of experience in cutting edge biomedical research and in the development, implementation and management of business operations in the biotech, pharmaceutical and bioinformatics industries.
Prior to moving into the business world, David was engaged in academic research in life sciences. From 1996-1999 he was a research fellow at Harvard and Harvard Medical School. He earned his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology in 1995 from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his B.Sc. in Biology from Tel Aviv University in 1991.
Mr. Elsner is a member of the founding team of LifeMap Sciences and its subsidiary, LifeMap Solutions. Kenneth has more than twenty years of experience as an attorney, CFO and manager at various settings. Kenneth is also a co-founder of Xennex, Inc. Kenneth was in private practice where he served as general counsel for several startup companies. Kenneth also served as General Counsel and CFO of Gem Gravure Company, Inc., a multi-million dollar manufacturing company, as well as several early stage ventures.
Kenneth holds a J.D from Boston University School of Law.
